JOINT STYLES
Joints are used to create “L” or “U” shapes. The direction of the wood grain is used to accent the size, shape, and configuration of the countertops. Parallel joints hide the seam between two pieces of lumber sometimes resulting in shorter boards being utilized for a section of countertop. Parallel joints can be assembled in the field if space is tight or with a glue seam in the factory for a solid piece installation. Miter and Butt joints show the long lumber off to its best advantage and will always be a field joint, never a glue joint.

CUSTOM FIT T-BOLT HARDWARE
1209 custom machines and fits all joints to ensure tight, flat seams. All joints are secured with T-bolt hard-ware installed on the underside of the countertop.
